Acupressure is a Chinese wellness practice like acupuncture without needles and deep tissue massage.  Acupressure is a clothes on modality.  The practice is most often used to reduce or alleviative chronic pain, headaches, or anxiety.  Acupressure is a complementary wellness practice and is not suitable for acute injury or disease.

Qigong is a Chinese wellness practice based on gentle movements done in concert with mindful breathing.  Imagine ;  waking up in the morning and having a good stretch and yawn, this is close to qigong.  Each movement focus on a different aspect of the body.
