Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of slow and flowing
movements mind, body, and breath are synchronized to create a moving
meditation that has profound wellness benefits. It is both an exercise
and a philosophy based on mindfulness.
Medical School calls Tai Chi the perfect exercise for every body. The
Mayo Clinic writes that Tai Chi is moving medication.
Founded in 2003 in San Angelo, by three people whose purpose
to learn Tai Chi for health and wellness we have grown into a community.

(Sifu) Steve Haidinger came to Tai Chi and Chi Kung in 1998 due to a
spinal injury that left him with constant pain and a paralyzed leg.
Through the ancient arts he recovered and now dedicates his life to
teaching others the healing art.
Steve accepts his Master's Certificate from his
teacher Chen Li Feng at Mount Wudang in China.
